Ever wanted to experience Life coaching? Have no clue what life coaching is but still want to try? Read on, as this might just be your lucky day! :D

As part of my graduation requirement from DiscoverU Life Coach Certification programme, I'm required to conduct 50 life coach sessions with Muslim brothers from anywhere in the world.

The sessions would last 30 minutes and it's my goal that you value these sessions so much that in the future you'll be willing to purchase more sessions from either myself or other DiscoverULife Coaches.

What is Life coaching?

The best example I can use is that of a personal trainer. If you've experienced having a personal trainer at the gym you'd be amazed at the results you achieve simply by having someone responsible listen to you, support you and push you into action. Similarly is a life coach, we review your 8 slices of life (Your deen, Family, Marriage, Health, Wealth, Social, Career, Personal Development) and ask what your goals are in each slice and whether you're at the stage you are at, if not, then how we can push you into action.

What Lifecoaching isn't?

• Life coaching is NOT mentorship (I'm not here to tell you what to do, you need to come up with the answers),
• Life coaching is NOT Therapy (we don't look into the past, sometimes we do, but we're 90% future focused)
• Life coaching is NOT consulting (I can't advise you on a business matter, again all I do is push you into action).

What to expect from the 30 minute session?

In your free one-on-one session with me, we will explore some of your main goals, and give you ideas and immediate actions steps to its fulfillment. You'll get to experience first-hand what coaching is like, and then you'll have the opportunity on for future coaching if you wish.

What do I expect from you?

I expect commitment. Just like a personal trainer at the gym can't help you if you're not committed, I myself can't help you if you're not interested or committed. This means you'll need to respond to any surveys before the coaching, be ready for the call 5 minutes before the session begins, and finally complete an evaluation survey after you the call ended.

How will the sessions be conducted?

If you're in the UK, you'll either need to call me on my UK phone OR contact me via skype. If you're outside the UK, the sessions will be conducted via skype.

What if I need more sessions?

As part of our agreement with DiscoverULife, we can only offer 1 free session per person. If you need more sessions, you'll need to purchase coaching sessions from DiscoverULife website.

How can I book for the sessions?
