Introducing: The Masjid Makeover Challenge!

The Masjid Makeover project is 1000GoodDeeds.com inaugural challenge.The goal of the 1000Gooddeeds.com project is to transform Deeds in to Actions by giving daily doses of good deeds one can do with practical actions.The state of the masjids are a reflection of the community surround it. It is the first impression non muslims have about islam. It is a place of dawah, inviting others to islam. It is a place of congregation five times daily and the heart of the muslim community.The aim and intention of the masjid makeover project is to beautify and clean up our masjids. To promote team work. Develop project management and negotiation skills. Encourage going green and earth friendly behavior. Hello productive muslim.I just thought I'd share that there is a show, like an aired halaqa by Sheikh Muhammad Al arefe, and it is called " leave a finger print" and Im not sure if you speak arabic or not, but please try and check it out, this show is about being productive and about affecting your community, so sometimes they clean masjid, soemtimes they go to orphanages, etc.. it's a really awesome show.. you can find it on the Sheikh's official website (but it's in arabic, so find someone who speak arabic to watch it from the team)
